How It Works:

Step 1: Identify a friend or acquaintance who would be a great fit for our team
Step 2: Fill out the referral form link below or grab a paper form from your breakroom
Step 3: Submit the form
Step 4: If your referral is hired, you receive your bonus in two installments

Bonus Details & Eligibility:

Consolidated Truck Parts & Service:
Non-Tech Positions: $500 total bonus ($250 after 90 days, $250 after 9 months).

Diesel Tech Positions: $1,000 total bonus ($500 upon hire, $500 after 90 days).


MTP Drivetrain & Renew Truck
All Positions: $500 total bonus ($250 after 90 days, $250 after 9 months).


Eligibility

Executives, General Managers, & Human Resources employees are not eligible for referral bonuses. Middle management/Supervisors are not eligible for positions in their departments; however, they are eligible when referring a candidate to a separate department. 


Only one referral award will be given per candidate. If a candidate is referred by more than one employee,

the first employee to submit a Referral Form to Human Resources will be the one rewarded if the candidate

is hired.


Employees are responsible for confirming with Human Resources their Employee Referral Form was

received. No bonus will be awarded unless the form is received by Human Resources before an interview

with the candidate takes place.
