We’re excited to announce that Paylocity is here! In the morning, you’ll be receiving an invite to register with Paylocity via text, which will take place on Wednesday, 3/19 – 3/20. You will be prompted to download the mobile app and register. Please make sure to register as soon as possible and review your personal information for accuracy. IF YOU’RE PHONE NUMBER HAS CHANGED, PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL TODAY WITH YOUR CORRECT PHONE NUMBER OR CALL SHELBY IN HR AT 318-738-1965.
Once you’ve registered, take some time to explore the Paylocity app and website to get familiar with the platform. You can sign in here: https://access.paylocity.com/.
Here are your company IDs you will use to register—be sure to save them or use the “Save Password” prompt in your browser for easy access moving forward:

Important Dates:
Go Live Date: 3/24/25 – Employees will begin submitting PTO requests, and all onboarding will transition to Paylocity.
First Paycheck: 4/11/25
**********Important Note About PTO: Please note that your PTO balances will be loaded into Paylocity after the last payroll run in Netchex on 3/27/25. This means there will be a 2-3 day gap where PTO balances won’t be visible in Paylocity. During this time, you can still view your PTO balances in Netchex, but you will need to submit PTO requests in Paylocity. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to ensure everything is in place.

We’re moving from Netchex to Paylocity!
We’re transitioning our HR and Payroll system from Netchex to Paylocity this March.
Paylocity’s enhanced features, mobile app functionality, and more user-friendly platform will allow us to better serve our employees.
Over the upcoming weeks, we will be implementing features with Paylocity, including:
· HR & Payroll : The self-service portal where you are able to view pay stubs, request time off, make deduction changes and edit direct deposit preferences.
· Rewards & Recognition: We’ll be able to recognize a job well done throughout the year with our new Rewards & Recognition portal!
· Onboarding: New hire paperwork will be automated now, so new hires will be ready to dive into training on their first day
· Surveys: Get valuable feedback from your coworkers
Please see below for our anticipated schedule - you will receive additional details and information before each feature is launched.
Date TBD in March: Week of 3/17/25
First Payroll - All paychecks this date and after will be in Paylocity
Joe Gear: 4/1/25 WITH FIRST PUNCH DATE OF 3/10/2025
CTP, MTP, Renew: 4/11/2025 WITH FIRST PTO REQUEST ON 3/24/25
